I am a student in the last year of the STAPS degree (science and techniques of physical and sport activities). I have been practicing bodybuilding and fitness for 4 years and calisthenics (bodyweight exercises focusing on strength, mobility and balance) for 2 years, running for 6 years, swimming for 4 years, hiking since my childhood

I am listening to what my client is waiting for. Based on his sports profile, I create for him or her a program adapted to his goals and his schedule. The most important thing for me is to find an activity that pleases, because otherwise the person will not last.
