About Daniel

I have over 10 years of experience in strength and conditioning training.
In recent years, I have focused intensively on methods that help correct asymmetries in the body and contribute to the resolution of movement-related issues.
I continually educate myself in modern biomechanics and have earned several international certifications. My approach is based on the principles developed by the PRI (Postural Restoration Institute). Using these methods, I help clients find lasting solutions and achieve better results.

I help people restore efficient movement, improve posture, and eliminate biomechanical imbalances that often lead to pain or limited performance.
I build on modern biomechanics methods and exercises developed by the Postural Restoration Institute (PRI) to achieve lasting results.
I also use cutting-edge technologies, including my own AI models, to provide the most accurate assessment of body posture.

My approach focuses on identifying postural asymmetries and movement patterns that develop through modern lifestyle, injuries, or repetitive training habits. Using principles of biomechanics and movement analysis, I assess how your body distributes load, transfers weight, and coordinates movement.
