About Guilherme

I am a Physical Education professional with a Bachelor's degree from FMU, specializing in Strength Training, Training Design and Methods with Alexandre Lopes Evangelista. I have professional experience in leading fitness and wellness companies, working with personalized training, weight training, and physical monitoring for different client profiles and goals. My career includes working at Bodytech Company and Bluefit Academia, as well as experience at Grupo SBF, developing training programs focused on physical conditioning, performance, and quality of life. Currently, I work at Soho House São Paulo as a Weight Training Instructor and Personal Trainer, providing physical monitoring for members of the first Soho House unit in Latin America, located in São Paulo.

My approach as a Personal Trainer is based on creating a fully personalized and individualized plan, developed according to the specific goals, limitations, and needs of each client. During the process, I observe physiological, biological, and psychosocial variables that directly interfere with the practice of physical exercise and training results, allowing for a more strategic, safe, and efficient prescription. Therefore, the training is not designed solely with an aesthetic focus, but also considering factors such as routine, fitness level, muscle recovery, adaptation to effort, motivation, sports history, and quality of life. Methods and strategies used: • Strength training, muscle hypertrophy, and body definition • Control of volume, intensity, and load progression • Biomechanical and technical correction of exercises • Individualized strategic planning • Training focused on weight loss and physical conditioning • Methods applied for physical performance and preparation for TAF (Physical Aptitude Test) • Continuous adaptation of training according to the client's progress • Strategies focused on health, quality of life, and high performance. Classes are conducted with close monitoring, constant tracking of execution, and progressive adjustments, seeking to maximize results with safety, efficiency, and consistency. The service is designed for beginner, intermediate, and advanced students seeking hypertrophy, weight loss, improved physical conditioning, performance, or quality of life through structured and personalized training.
