About David

The 5 years of experience as a personal trainer have taught me the importance of long-term body health versus the short-term personal goal. That is why with my work I try to teach the practice of sport with the intention of meeting the expected objectives, but always taking into account the technique, the physiognomy and possible pathologies of the athlete and nutrition.

Training place: • Training at the client's home. • I train outdoors. • I train at the Ciutadella Gym. Nutrition Food is one of the pillars to have a healthy life and perform in sports. A balanced and healthy diet is essential to achieve your goals. Diets to follow: • Nutrition plans adapted to each type of training. • Sports Nutrition Specialist for vegetarians and vegans. • Detoxification plans. • Weight reduction. • Gain muscle mass. • Food as a means to prevent and cure. Specialist in the sport of Surf Besides being a personal trainer, I am also passionate about the sport and Surfing in particular is my star sport. For this reason I teach specific courses to learn and perfect the Surf technique. The course is divided into 4 blocks: 1 Block: Surfing the cement: The best way to improve the technique, movements and maneuvers of surfing is through Skate, unlike skateboarding, you are in a medium where we can correct and repeat the maneuvers more easily 2 Block: Surfing the sea • Take off technique • Paddle technique and positioning on the board • Duck Dive • Frontsie and backside • The first wall • Body posture correction • Turn maneuvers • Improvement 3 Block: Theory in the water: • Learn to position yourself at the peak or point break • Reading the waves before catching it and once you are surfing it. • Learn to take into account other factors other than the wave: Currents, tides, rocks, seabed, channels, groynes, cliffs. 4 Block: Physical condition of the Surfer • Specific Swimming Exercises for Surfers • Improves endurance, strength and technique of the row. • Freediving training for the big days • Specific physical training for surfers
