My teaching methods are unique for every different person, actually they are personal and specifically for that person, as a personal trainer I focus on the subject and their needs. As a yoga teacher in a group class I support the positive vibes and state of mind, I embrace every day with a grateful heart and joy. This is what I want to pass to my yoga clients, with a healthy mind and body.
