About Hassin
Physical Education Teacher, Physical Trainer. Graduated as a Yoga Teacher.
I dedicated myself to the study of anatomy and physiology applied to training since my initial studies. Since 2001 working in different gyms, clubs, group activities. Since 2010, in primary and secondary schools as an area teacher.
I personally dedicated myself to bodybuilding, then to Olympic lifting, Hatha Yoga and Running.
I have and apply my own training system to my students, efficient, permanent and real. Training should be comprehensive, not fragmented and incoherent, which is why most people stop doing it. I invite you to live the experience.
