About Marco Aurélio
Face-to-face classes lasting around 1 hour. The student is assessed via bioimpedance and body circumference. A training plan will be drawn up establishing a relationship between the student's goals and needs. Weekly attendance will be established. The teacher remains available on whatsapp to clarify doubts and feedbacks about the training sessions and their effects.

My name is Marco Aurélio Souza Costa I have a degree in physical education and a postgraduate degree in bodybuilding and fitness. In my training sessions I like to vary the training styles and methodology so that there is a connection between teacher and student and especially their adherence, so that the training is more and more pleasurable. At the end of each two-month period, I usually assess the student's progress so that corrections are made and mainly score the changes according to the objective of each individual.
