About Célia

I have several degrees in sport (professional license in the form trades, education and motor skills license, mater meef). Having knowledge of nutrition, I can, in addition to coaching, help you to rebalance your diet in order to obtain your results. My passion for coaching appeared to me when I worked as a sports leader in a holiday club. I prepared CAPEPS to teach sport to children / adolescents, but I realized that I loved working with audiences of all ages all the more! From the child, to the senior, through the adolescent ... I will adapt to any type of public.

I work with all types of public to help you reach your goals:
- weight loss, toning, firming, gaining weight, gaining strength, getting back into shape, injury prevention, rehabilitation, re-athletics, fight against ailments ( back, low back pain, sprains, tendonitis, dislocations ...), but also for recreational and / or competitive sports. Depending on your objectives, the sessions will always adapt to your possibilities and constraints.

I am inspired by several types of activities being versatile.

According to the desires and the possibilities of each one we will be able to function on different types of activities:
- muscular strengthening
- cross-training
- intermittent work (HIIT)
- Nordic walking (requires that you have your own sticks)
- active walking
- running feet
- trail
- swimming
- climbing
- stretching
- badminton
- yoga
- pilates
- .....

I generally work in this way:
- joint and cardio-respiratory warming
- session body
- return to calm / stretching / relaxation

Sessions will be modulated and adapted according to each one, because we are all different!

I am currently on the other side of the world in Latin America, we will then work by video, or using a session plan that I will prepare for you.

The only thing you need is a pair of basketball shoes, a bottle of water and your best smile !!

Remember, the hardest part is getting started !!
