About Anna

I've always been a sport lover in general and faithful to a healthy and balanced life. I completed my studies related to Fitness in England, obtaining the international certification in Personal Trainer, TRX Instructor, Core and Functional training, Nutrition advice, Weight loss management and Pre &Post natal. In the last year I have also achieved an international certification as a Matwork Pilates instructor. I started delivering my first private trainings 3 years ago in various gyms until I became the director of a fitness studio in the central London, where we offered our clients 1 to 1 lessons and personalised nutrition plans. Now I work online reaching every part of the world and I offer group and individual lessons via webcam and for those who prefer to train alone, I provide personalised training schedule built on the person and on their needs and goals.

Whether it is individual or group lesson, it is essential for me to have a minimal knowledge of your background and your needs in order to be able to meet your goals, both physical and mental. During the lessons I train with you, showing you the right technique, the execution time and, above all, the correct posture for the entire duration of the exercises and repetitions. Doing the exercises together also means that I am always focused on you while performing and correcting you where necessary. Reason why I always invite you to point the webcam on you as a whole. My job requires a lot of empathy, involvement and motivation. It is above all a giving to you on my part and for me also a receiving from your side; because just as I encourage you to commit yourself, you also motivate me to continually improve myself and always give you the best you deserve. My group lessons are structured with toning exercises that are usually divided into the lower body (legs and buttocks) and the upper body (arms, back and abdominals), while the Pilates lessons concern the training of the whole body. You can take part in the first lessons by training thanks your own bodyweight and then if you decide to embark on a path, I'll recommend some small tools to buy. On the other hand, for individual or customised group lessons, we agree on your specific training needs.
