I offer personalised coaching designed to help you build strength, improve running performance & become more capable, well-rounded. Whether you're a complete beginner or already training, every session is tailored to your current level, goals, and lifestyle.
With over 10 years of experience as a personal trainer & a background in drug-free bodybuilding & competitive running, I combine proven strength training methods with endurance-focused programming to deliver real, long-term results.
Sessions typically last 45–60 minutes & can focus on strength training, running technique, conditioning, or a combination of all three. I prioritise proper technique, progressive overload & sustainable progression to keep you improving while staying injury-free.
I work with individuals looking to build muscle, lose fat, improve fitness, or prepare for events such as races or endurance challenges.
