I became a personal trainer because I love movement. I love to help others improve their health and find exercise that they enjoy. My hobbies are calisthenics, acroyoga, gymnastics, swimming, yoga, hiking, playing guitar, singing, songwriting, and more. My aim as a trainer to guide individuals to be the best they can be.
