About Ron
I am doing sport since I am 6 years old. It started with football and shifted towards track and field. Afterwards, I dedicated myself to fitness/ bodybuilding in the course of my high school diploma thesis. There I was able to put my accumulated theoretical knowledge into practice. Meanwhile, fitness or bodybuilding is an integral part of my life. But here, too, I try to dedicat myself to science.

In the first instance, I am going to be your training supervisor. Of course, after a consultation, we will focus on your goals and, if necessary, provide you with diet and exercise plans. Alternatively, I can also show you how to achieve your sporting ambitions without a strict nutritional plan, without restrictions and totally uncomplicated!
