I am a Husband, father, lover (of my wife!), Relationships Coach, and Masseur, based in rural Bartlemy, near Cork City, Ireland. My focus is simply on the practicals of YOUR Relationship Trek, by being your own goal-oriented Relationships Coach. Simple as that!

Badly depressed in my early 20's; then, entered a lifelong eager hunt to find out the why of that depression, and the 'how-to's' re recovery, avoidance, and healing... which trek, in turn, has forged my life path as a Coach, Masseur, Relationships Trainer, as well as Father, Husband and Lover (to the same woman!!) Now, at age 66, I want to help you, in practical ways, to support you in your own trek on TRLT ("The Road Less Traveled".. my fav book, and the only book I have read five times!). Let's have some fun while I walk a half-step behind and beside you, as YOU forge your new and exciting path on YOUR RLT!
