About Maddy
Hi, my name is Maddy, and I am passionate about all things computing, technology and innovation related. I have always been passionate about teaching and working with young people, and have volunteered with youth coding clubs in Essex as part of the STEM ambassador programme. I am a high-achiever and I am looking forward to inspiring that in my future students. I currently work as a Performance and Reliability Engineer for a large broadcasting and telecommunications company. I have also worked on projects in the UK space industry and my own passion projects, such as robot and rocket building! I am also an ADHD and neurodiversity advocate, and I will always meet the student where they're at, and help them to stride forward in confidence.

My lessons involve meeting my students where they are, identifying their goals and working style, and building lessons to suit their style. Lessons will be between 25-45 minutes, based on student needs, including neurodivergent students and those with different learning requirements.

Perfect! From the outset, Maddy was keen to make the lessons engaging and tailored to my child's learning preferences. She has taken the time to get to know him and to work on building his confidence as well as his knowledge.
She also provides a comprehensive update to me after each session, along with suggestions for focus areas.
My son looks forward to the sessions and is really enjoying them.
