About Madhvi

I am a patient and dedicated primary math tutor with around two years of online teaching experience, working with students from Year 1 to Year 6. I am passionate about helping children build strong mathematical foundations and develop confidence in their abilities.

My approach to teaching is supportive and structured. I believe every child can succeed in math when concepts are explained clearly and at the right pace. I take the time to understand each student’s learning style and adapt my lessons to suit their individual needs, ensuring they feel comfortable asking questions and learning without pressure.

I enjoy teaching because I find it rewarding to see students grow in confidence and understanding. Helping a child move from feeling unsure to feeling capable and proud of their progress is what motivates me as an educator. I am professional, reliable, and committed to creating a positive learning environment where students feel encouraged and supported.

* I use a patient, step-by-step teaching approach that focuses on building strong foundations and confidence in maths. Lessons are tailored to each student’s level and learning style. I use clear explanations, visual methods, real-life examples, and regular practice to ensure students understand concepts rather than memorising them. I also provide positive feedback and encouragement to help students stay motivated.

* Lessons are typically 45 to 60 minutes, depending on the student’s age, focus level, and learning needs.

* I have 2 years of online teaching experience, working with primary-level students. During this time, I have supported students in understanding core maths concepts, improving accuracy, and building confidence in their problem-solving skills.

* My lessons are for Year 1 to Year 6 students (approximately ages 5–11). I support learners who need help strengthening basics or gaining extra practice to improve confidence and performance in maths.
