About Jeronimo

Looking for a passionate and experienced Spanish tutor? I’m a native Spanish speaker from Colombia with years of experience teaching and translating. Fluent in both Spanish and English, and I also know a bit of French to help bridge any gaps. Whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your skills, I’ll tailor the lessons to suit your needs. I believe in making learning fun, engaging, and effective, so you can gain confidence and master the language at your own pace. Let's take your Spanish to the next level together – join me for personalized, interactive lessons that bring real results!

About the lesson

As a tutor, my approach is centred on creating a personalized, interactive, and enjoyable learning experience. I believe that language learning should be engaging and tailored to each student's unique goals, needs, and learning style. Here’s how I structure my lessons:

Teaching Methodology and Techniques:
I use a mix of conversation practice, grammar explanations, and cultural immersion. My focus is on practical language use, so you’ll feel confident speaking Spanish from the start. I incorporate a variety of resources—videos, songs, articles, and even games—to make learning dynamic and fun. I also believe in the power of repetition and real-world application, which is why we’ll dive into real-life scenarios and situations.

A Typical Lesson Plan:
Each lesson begins with a quick review of the previous material to reinforce learning, followed by an introduction to new vocabulary or grammar. We’ll practice through dialogues, role-playing, and exercises that strengthen speaking, listening, reading, and writing. I also incorporate cultural elements to give context and make the learning process richer. At the end of each session, I provide personalized feedback and offer extra resources for practice.

What Sets Me Apart as a Tutor:
What makes me different is my background as a native speaker from Colombia combined with my fluency in English and a bit of French. This allows me to connect with learners of different backgrounds and explain concepts in multiple ways. I have experience tutoring at school levels and in professional settings, so I understand the nuances of language learning for various purposes. My passion for teaching and personalized approach ensures that you never feel like just another student.

Who the Lessons Are For:
My lessons are ideal for anyone looking to learn Spanish, whether you're a beginner, intermediate, or advanced student. Whether you're preparing for exams, travelling, or looking to improve conversational skills for work, I will tailor lessons to fit your needs. My classes are great for school students, professionals, and anyone who wants to learn Spanish in an easy-to-understand, supportive environment.

Ready to start your Spanish journey? Let’s work together to make it enjoyable and successful!
