About Riddhi

I am Riddhi Mehrotra Thapar, a Counseling Psychologist, working in the field of psychology for the past 5 years. My journey of counseling began with being a counselor for teenagers and helping them in their career, personal, relationships and social aspects of lives. Further, I have expanded my work by counseling adults and elderly people. Working in the psychology field has been my lifelong calling. I am always looking for an opportunity to use my knowledge, skill, experience, and passion for teaching to educate and train young minds. I am a mindfulness, motivational and a life coach as well. I firmly believe in gratefulness, affirmations, EFT and self-care techniques. My goal is to serve others in a balanced and flexible manner in areas of mental health and well-being through my counseling and teaching. I wish to inspire and motivate others to lead a happy, wealthy and a successful life.

About the lesson

I believe in the discussing style of learning through interaction. In this style, I would encourages critical thinking and lively discussion by asking students to respond to challenging questions. I will be there as a facilitator and guiding the discussion to a logical conclusion. In this process students learn to have opinions and learn how to back them up with facts and data.
Also, I understand each student is unique so definitely will teach and plan the lessons in the manner he/she is comfortable and use the best approach that works best for them in the process of learning.
