About Somikazi
I am Somikazi from Gqeberha, a BA in Psychology and IsiXhosa graduate and a PGCE teacher from Nelson Mandela University. I am passionate about education and helping learners from my community succeed. I have experience tutoring high school learners in KwaZakhele and completed teaching practicals at Khwezi-Lomso Comprehensive School. I am patient, friendly, punctual and fluent in English and IsiXhosa. I understand CAPS and exam pressure. I teach because I love seeing a learner go from failing to confident.

Molweni! I teach IsiXhosa Home Language & FAL and English FAL for Grades 8-12 (CAPS). My lessons are patient, friendly and results-focused. We focus on grammar, essay writing, comprehension, literature and exam techniques. I use past papers and simple explanations to build confidence. I have 2+ years tutoring experience in KwaZakhele and teaching practicals at Khwezi-Lomso. I offer online and in-person lessons in Korsten, KwaZakhele, New Brighton. First lesson is assessment to plan your improvement.
