About Etty
I'm a PhD student working on stem cells in cardiovascular research, and I absolutely love to teach subjects that are related to chemistry and biology especially with regards to how the body works. I have extensive experience teaching maths up to GCSE as well as to younger students wishing to do well in their common entrance exams.
I grew up in Belgium and speak fluent French. I sat the European Baccalaureate which has helped me maintain a high standard of French, both written and oral. I am passionate about English literature and have also taught English as a foreign language in a summer school to students in Brussels.
One of my greatest passions besides science is the piano, which I have experience teaching to beginners.
If you need help with any of the above subjects, or would like to try your hand at the piano- I would be very excited to organise a lesson with you, and help you take on whichever topics you find most challenging!

Perfect! Etty is an excellent tutor. After just a few lessons with her, my daughter's confidence has already soared.
