About Marisa

I completed my BSc in medical sciences and BSc Hons in pharmacology at the University of Pretoria after which I completed my MSc and PhD in pharmacology at the NWU. After my studies I started tutoring maths, biology, science and pharmacy subjects.

About the lesson

I love to simplify difficult consepts into picture diagrams and animations in order to explain them. I also use question and answer examples in my lectures and brain chart summaries. All my lectures are available on powerpoint presentations and I use validated textbooks.

Marisa was a very professional and knowledgeable tutor! She gave step by step explanations and made sure I understood everything before proceeding. She is very patient. I would definitely recommend her!
