About David
Health is wealth so living a healthy life is non negotiable. This can be achieved by establishing a seamless merger of diet and fitness. I've been there and i love it. It is my passion and gives me joy to see people live a rejuvenated life through fitness and healthy diet. I deal with clients on an individual level ( no generalization) and i love taking my clients on this wonderful journey until it becomes a lifestyle to them. This is what drives me. I'm always happy seeing my clients eventually taking their fitness level as serious as their doctors appointments. The healthier we all are, the less we spend on doctors.
