About Michael
I'm an avid lover of literature, storytelling, and the power of words. A doctor by profession. I fell into the thrall of the written word when I picked an elective in English Literature during my A levels. As John Keating famously said, " medicine, law, business, engineering - these are noble pursuits and necessary to sustain life. But poetry, beauty, romance, love - these are what we stay alive for" My goal as a tutor is to ignite that same passion in my students, helping them appreciate the nuances of language, literary analysis and storytelling
