About Tanisha Jain

I’m a passionate home baker, and I have been baking since 4 years now.
Along with baking I love making healthy high protein recipes which are really good for your health.
I also know a lot of dishes from various cultures and places.

About the lesson

The 10 hours can be divided into 1 hour each day for 10days.

10hr baking class covers the following:
How to bake different flavoured cakes and cupcakes.
How to make different brownies.
How to bake tea cakes.
How to bake whole wheat as well as Maida bread.
How to decorate a cake and cupcake.
How to make Cake fillings and home like almond praline, ganache etc.
Recipes for all of the above things.
+1 hour of doubt session.

10 healthy cooking class will include:
How to prepare healthy high protein recipes.
How to make high protein and delicious desserts.
How to calculate your macros , make your diet etc.
For example dishes like healthy butter panner, Pasta, sandwiches, ice creams, different flavours of oats, high protien salads, a lot of healthy curries etc.
+2 hour of doubt session

The 5 hours can be divided into 1 hour each day for 5 days.

5hr baking:
Basic chocolate and vanilla cake and cupcake.
2 flavours of brownie.
Cake and cupcake decoration.
How to bake Maida bread.
2-3 type of cake fillings.
Recipes.

She is pretty diligent with the method she uses . There’s always a twist with the teaching. She taught me about how I can bake even with the basic stuff . I know make my own bread , and cakes at home .
