I believe teaching should be fun and innovative and learner- centered. There are varies methodologies but I especially use the Communicative Language Teaching approach in a safe class environment. The focus is on real life situations and problem-solving. Here learners can feel free to make mistakes, learn from it and have fun while being empowered. I have experienced this with my students in the past; success from the strongest to the weakest learners. In short, I love teaching and regard it as a calling, not a job.
