About MAANSIKA
Hi! I’m Kaavya Maansi M, an architect and certified BIM professional with a strong academic background and hands-on industry experience. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and have been trained and ranked among the top at NOVATR’s BIM program. I also completed my internship at Larsen & Toubro, where I worked on real-world commercial projects involving detailed design, documentation, and 3D modeling. I’m passionate about teaching and believe in making complex software like Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and Twinmotion easy to understand through a clear, structured, and friendly approach. Whether you're a student, a young professional, or someone starting out in the design field, I’m here to guide you with patience, encouragement, and real-world insights. I follow a concept-based and hands-on teaching method, where each class focuses on both understanding and applying architectural tools like Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Twinmotion, Enscape and Photoshop. I break down complex workflows into simple, practical steps supported by live demonstrations and real project examples. Each session typically includes: A short recap and goal setting Live guided software practice Doubt clearing and design discussions Mini-assignments or project tasks CLASS STRUCTURE Intro & Recap (5 mins): We begin with a quick recap and objective for the session. Live Practice (30-45 mins): Hands-on work within the software (Revit/AutoCAD/etc.) with screen sharing. Discussion & Clarification (10-15 mins): Problem-solving, doubts, and deeper understanding. Project Work or Task Assignment (if needed): Encouraging independent trial with support from me. What makes me unique is my blend of academic clarity and real-world experience from my L&T internship and NOVATR BIM certification. I also customize my teaching pace and content based on the learner’s background and goals. These classes are ideal for college students, young professionals, and adult learners looking to build software skills, strengthen portfolios, or enter the BIM field with confidence.
