Hello! I’m Teacher Apple and I'm friendly, patient, and dedicated English tutor with a background in Communication, with over six years of customer service experience, and two years of experience providing private, one-on-one tutorials through home-service lessons.

For the past two years, I have worked closely with students through personalized tutoring sessions designed around their individual learning needs, level, and goals. This experience has taught me how to adapt my teaching style, explain lessons clearly, and create a comfortable environment where students feel confident asking questions and expressing themselves.

My professional experience in customer service, including live chat support with international customers, has also strengthened my communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. I have learned how to communicate with different types of people, understand their concerns, remain patient, and provide clear and helpful assistance. I bring these same qualities into every tutoring session.

About the lesson

My approach to teaching is patient, friendly, and student-centered. With a background in Bachelor of Arts in Communication and several years of experience in customer service and live chat support, I have developed strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills that I bring into every lesson. I believe students learn best when they feel comfortable, supported, and confident enough to participate without being afraid of making mistakes.

I use a practical and interactive teaching method that focuses on conversation, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, reading, and everyday English communication. I adjust my teaching style according to each student's level, learning goals, and pace. Rather than simply giving information, I encourage students to participate, ask questions, practice speaking, and apply what they learn in real-life situations.

A typical lesson begins with a short warm-up or conversation to help the student feel comfortable. We then introduce the main topic or skill for the day, followed by guided examples and interactive practice. I give gentle corrections and helpful feedback throughout the lesson. We finish with a short review of what was learned and suggestions for practice before the next session.

What sets me apart is my real-world communication experience. My background in customer service, including live chat support for international customers, has taught me how to communicate clearly, listen carefully, understand different needs, and remain patient in challenging situations.
