About Lidia
I am a native Spanish speaker and I grew up in Latin America. My educational background is in Education and I have over thirteen years of teaching experience in higher education. Additionally, I have also taught ESL and literacy classes in Spanish for adults. I love teaching, reading, learning, languages, linguistics, and engaging with students.

I have a passion for teaching and engaging students the Spanish language as well as in Latin American literature, culture, and history. I have over thirteen years of experience teaching Latin American literature, Spanish grammar, Latin American culture and history, advanced Spanish conversation, writing composition, and cinema classes in Spanish. I have a Master’s degree in this field. Additionally, I have also taught non-native students introductory Spanish courses. As an adjunct professor I have created courses’ curriculums and organized, prepared, and constantly revised course materials.
