About Alexandre

Parisian based photographer and artist Alexandre Félix (b. 1990) has a distinctive visual language and style that allows him to create alternative universes. A master of studio lighting and artistic direction Alexandre thrives in a collaborative environment working with visual innovation and multidisciplinary mediums, such as 3D images and complex lighting design.

Alexandre started fashion photography in 2014 in Paris and worked all over Europe including London, Milan, Amsterdam and Berlin.
He worked for prestigious brands such as Dior, Kenzo, and Comme des Garçons. And his editorial publications include Vogue Portugal, Numéro, L’Officiel, to name just a few.

In 2022 Alexandre has relocated to Sydney, Australia. He is excited to start this new chapter of his life in the exotic, rugged, and wild lands of Down Under! Here in Australia he will continue to create in various mediums including photography and sculpture.

About the lesson

-Portrait and fashion and photography-
My classes will teach you the basics of fashion photography and how to achieve creative portraiture. Everything from how to setup different studio lighting to how to direct a model, and also importantly, insider tips that will improve your Photoshop editing skills.

-Let's go on a trip !-
I can take you on a trip to do street photography or landscape photography with digital or analog cameras.

-Still life-
If you are interested in still life phtography it will be my pleasure to intruct you on how to create orginal and creative compositions. In this class I will also focus on how to setup the correct lighting and for this practise.

-Experimental photography-
I love abstraction! So it will be exciting for me to offer a workshop on an experimental approach to taking photos. In this class we will use differents props and light effects and tricks to create innovative and artistic images.
