My coaching is for people pursuing higher goals or professionals. This covers the following 4 areas: 1. The background work on the individual; its identity, its values, its emotions, its technical features, its thought processes, his relational system, its chess strategies and successes. 2. Work on preparing a challenge, a goal, a motivation, competition or the upcoming event (impact and psychological issues, managing emotions, specific objectives, ...) 3. Debriefing Work on training that is place, providing the necessary realignments to address the following training. 4. Create a dietary Dietary customized program tailored to your body and your lifestyle.
