About Raksha

My approach to Life and Career coaching is deeply personalised and rooted in real-life experience, designed to cater specifically to your unique challenges, aspirations, and life goals.
Having personally experienced the challenges of starting over in a new country, I deeply understand how overwhelming it can feel to navigate uncharted territories — whether it's adapting to a new culture, building a career from scratch, overcoming self-doubt, or simply finding your purpose.

My role as your Career coach is to empower you to break through those barriers and unlock your full potential, regardless of where you are in life.

Why My Experience Makes Me Different?
I moved from India to the UK three years ago as a student and eventually transitioned into the professional world. This journey came with its own set of challenges — adapting to a new culture, creating a professional network, securing a career, and managing self-doubt and anxiety. I understand the overwhelming fear of starting fresh, the pressure of proving yourself, and the need to stay mentally strong. However, through my journey, I discovered the power of positive thinking, resilience, and goal-setting, which transformed my life. Now, I use that same process to transform the lives of others.

Whether you are trying to gain clarity in your career, build unshakable confidence, overcome anxiety, or balance work and life, I am here to help you navigate those challenges because I’ve been exactly where you are. I know what it feels like to feel lost — and I know how to get you out of it.

I use a holistic, practical, and evidence-based approach to life and career coaching, combining principles from:
Positive Psychology: Helping you shift your mindset from self-doubt to self-belief.
Cognitive Behavioural Techniques (CBT): Reframing negative thoughts into empowering ones.
Teaching you how to control your mind, emotions, and behaviour to achieve success.

Typical Lesson Structure:
Duration: Each session is 1 hour long
Session Flow: Review progress from the previous session.
Identify challenges or obstacles that may have come up.
Work on practical solutions to overcome those challenges.
Develop actionable tasks for the upcoming week.
Outcome: You will leave each session with absolute clarity, practical strategies, and measurable goals to work on before our next session.

My Qualifications & Experience: Master of Science in Organisational Psychology & Psychiatry from King’s College London. Professional experience as a Human Resource Recruiter, allowing me to deeply understand human behaviour, career development, and personal growth strategies.
