About Tarana
My name is Tarana an optimist and approachable person and I am a passionate individual when it comes to creativity. I enjoy all sorts of creativity from art, painting, drawing etc. to crafts such as card making, clay works, jewellery making etc. I have done many jewellery making and arts workshops for adults and they were well received (regardless of levels).
I love creative writing and in particular writing stories, like fiction, fantasy, short stories, novel writing etc. My passion for creative writing has led me to participate in a creative writing class and even become a published author!
I even took this further by teaching about creative writing for all levels and aiming it at adults. It was again another great opportunity and I enjoyed it the most that I am continuing this programme over my own time and flexibility.
I am a very friendly and approachable individual and you will enjoy working with me because I am adaptable, a good listener and respectful as well.

I a very flexible teacher depending on the student and I can amend my writing style depending on what the client's needs. Each lesson will be 1 hour long and I will go over materials that are customised towards your liking and what you would like to learn more when it comes to creative writing. I will also be giving feedback and encouragement on your work if you would like me to go over anything. I will be giving you exercises to help stimulate your learning and again this would be customisable towards each individual.
I have run multiple creative writing workshops for adults both online and face-to-face for beginners and managed to give others the confidence booster they are looking for. I have a degree in Early Childhood Studies and studied for my PGCE so I have experience with children and know how to teach as well.
My lessons are for adults wanting to learn the basics of creative writing and I will be happy to help you get started with creativity.
