Mai koi experienced teacher ni hu par as a student mujhe ye ache se pata hai ki hume kaisa teacher chahiye or kis trike se pdhaya jaayw jo smjh mei aaye na ki rata jaaye. Bado ke hisaab se vo khadus teacher sahi hai jo bass homeowrk test or ratta marvaate hai. Par ahar ratta maarne ki jagah agar hum usey samjh lenge toh kisi ka baap bhi fail ni kara sakta.

I am not a teacher but i am in collrge and a student.
I know how to teach kids as i was also a student and in past in every tution or school classes i never had a teacher which can teach in the way which today's kids can learn instead of this they teach us how they were treated by their student and for me the basic knowledge is more important then no sense of assignment and homework. Homework never let you pass the exams its just waste of emergy.
