About Phil
On top of a full time job, working 40-45 Hours a week, I also train as a Mixed Martial Artist (MMA and BJJ) Twice a week and train within a commercial/work based gym 2-3 times a week. I am now in a position where I can re-look into Personal training and help others achieve their goals. If I don't respond straight away - I aim to be in touch within at least 48 hours!

Online Personal training package typically includes; 1 to 1 Free online consultation for 45 minutes - This allows me to see if I would be the right personal trainer for you and then agree a set plan should you be happy to continue. Typically this would include; A personalised fitness plan, with an easily accessible workout programme that I would feel benefits you the most over a 4 week period. Contact details should there be any issues or enquiries about the programme. A four week fitness plan to match the programme, which would be explained at a greater depth to the client as nutrition is usually a weak point for most people when starting or renewing their fitness goals. Weekly Follow ups to ensure clients are staying on track and are not steering away from the goals set, these are at no extra charge as the follow ups come as per part of my Online Personal Training Package scheme. I have the ability to train those from either a younger or older age, there isn't really a limit as to what I can and can't teach, however, if your needs were greater and beyond my capability, I would be upfront straight away and refer elsewhere.

Phil is great personal trainer, a really relaxed guy who always puts you first. Details
Current online only Package includes £20 for four weeks. This can also work on a rolling monthly basis - no extra fees attached. Face to Face PT can be made available, however will depend on availability and location. This will be at a higher rate of £25 Per hour.
