About Rafaella
I’m Rafaella, a 20-year-old university student who turned my life around through fitness. I started my journey at 17, going from an unmotivated lifestyle filled with junk food to building a routine that helped me lose 20 lbs and gain confidence. I know firsthand how challenging it can be to break old habits, but I also know that change is possible with the right mindset and approach. My goal is to help you shift your mindset, build confidence, and take control of your fitness journey just like I did. I focus on real, sustainable progress rather than quick fixes, offering guidance that fits into your lifestyle. Whether you're struggling with motivation, unsure where to start, or just need support, I’m here to help. Through personalised online coaching, I’ll provide structured workouts, mindset coaching, and practical tips to make fitness a lasting part of your life. My approach is simple: no fad diets, no extreme workouts—just real, effective strategies that worked for me. My coaching includes: - Bodyweight & Strength Training – Build muscle and burn fat with easy-to-follow exercises. -HIIT & Cardio Routines – Boost metabolism and improve endurance with fun, efficient workouts. -Nutritional Guidance – Learn how to eat better without giving up all your favourite foods. -Motivation & Accountability – Get the support you need to stay consistent.
