About Barbara
Mine is a passion of al things movement! It all started when I was in school and couldn't wait for physical activity time. I've then started aerobic classes, gymnastic, moved to functional training, some Olympic lifting, then competed in Spartan Races to eventually dive into bodybuilding where I've discovered my biggest passion!
I am now here in Australia, from the very far away Italy (my country of origin) to share what I know with you and support you to unleash your best self!
