About Aidan
I began teaching whilst working in kitchens as a chef. A lot of my colleagues were Hungarian immigrants with quite a low level of English and I began helping them to improve whilst working in the kitchen, which evolved into us doing more formal lessons in our break times and after work. I eventually found that I was finding this far more rewarding than my kitchen work, as I have always loved language learning (I study French, Italian, Spanish and Hungarian myself) and genuinely enjoy helping others to reach their language goals. As a result I decided to qualify as an English teacher and begin to teach professionally.
Since then I have done over 200 hours of Ofqual accredited TEFL training, including specialist courses for teaching online and 1 to 1, and taught in a variety of situations - from teaching Chinese school kids to helping refugees with their English.

Hello!
I have worked for the last 5 years as an English teacher, online and face to face. I have worked with a range of different age groups and people from different backgrounds, from Chinese school kids to refugees and immigrants in their 70s.
I am happy to fit in with the requirements of the student. I can teach anything from an informal conversation style class to more formal business English with full needs analysis or exam preparation for IELTS or Cambridge English exams. I can cater for all students, from absolute beginners to advanced language users.
Free needs analysis and introduction session offered.
