About Delnay
I am a confident, fun-loving individual that has always had a passion for teens and the lack of life skills school teach the youth of today.
I received my degree in Psychology from the University of Stellenbosch and have since committed my time to many different accredited counseling courses across all scopes of the teenage mind and overall mental wellbeing.
I spent the next 4 years of my life creating an incredible non-profit program to support previously disadvantaged teens to navigate the tough transition from school to adulthood.
My program not only helped with "technical" aspects of a teenagers life (how to write your CV, how to answer emails, how to prepare for interviews, what to know about taxes etc.) but also about your overall mental wellbeing such as how to navigate relationship conflicts, how to get to know yourself, how to cope with stress and how to identify mental health issues etc.
Not only do I have years of experience and qualifications, but I am also an easy to talk to individual that knows the value of a non-judgmental and most importantly, confidential, platform to speak in as a teen.

This is a challenging time for not only teens but parents alike. This is a time that boundaries are pushed, poor choices might be made, and peer pressure is at an all-time high.
Teens struggle to find their identity in the chaos that is their lives. Hormones, friends, school, parental relationships and so much more can be a challenge. This is something that parents rarely know how to handle
And that is why this course is perfect for all teens out there, as well as their parents. With a friendly supportive demeaner, I will be of great assistance in giving guidance to both teen and parent/legal guardian.
Make this transitional phase as easy as it possibly could be. Give your teen the platform to complain and release their feelings, wants, goals and desires in a confidential and supportive environment.
