About Gizem
I graduated from Boğaziçi University Turkish Language and Literature department. I studied pedagogical formation at Istanbul University. I am currently taking certificate training in the field of Teaching Turkish to Foreigners at Istanbul University. I have 2,5 years experience of one-on-one and group tutoring. I spent 6 months of this practically working part-time at Atabey Educational Institutions. Turkish, grammar, Turkish Language and Literature in particular; In the field of English, I have the competence to work with primary-secondary school, high school and university preparatory students.

I usually come to lectures with lecture material that I prepare myself. I have a copy of the material; a copy is kept by my student. After finishing the lecture in an average of 20 minutes, we check whether there are places to go through. Then we continue the lesson with a screening test, question solution and activity on that topic. Besides my own resource book, it is also important that the student has a resource book. Together, we can identify a common source.

Gizem'i üniversiteden tanıyorum. Beraber aldığımız tüm derslerde gözlemlediğim kadarıyla fikirlerini belirtirken her zaman eleştirel ama bir o kadar da açık bir dil kullanmıştır.
