I have a passion for helping people create a fitness routine that is sustainable and suitable to their lifestyle and abilities. I grew up in a fitness orientated family and played various sports at international level throughout school. Therefore, fitness is part of who I am.

Pop Pilates takes classical pilates moves, puts it to music and makes it feel like a dance on the mat.
I will show you movements that are controlled and done with proper form, ensuring that you make the most out of your workout.
Classes are either 30 mins, 45 mins or 1hr long.
Suitable for beginners through to those that are very fit.
I have coached and trained all ages, from 10 to 50yrs old and conducted group physical training for over 8 years.
