About Anastasija
I am a student, i have experience in sport and i am educated on how the human body works. I am very available and i love to help people. I have played football for 6 years, tennis for 4, but now im more focused on fitness. However, i will still be able to assist you if you are focused on other types of sport.

I like to demonstrate and focus on my students, i usually find that lectures aren’t helpful but if you want me to educate you on a certain topic, like how muscle is built, or which fats are healthy and which are not, i will explain everything in detail and make sure you 100% understand everything. Im willing to not only provide you tutorials on workout, or how to master a physical activity, but i want to pass on my knowledge about our bodies and how they work.
