About Craig

I am a self motivated personal trainer and fitness instructor, a father and a graduate in business. I took the step into fitness and wellbeing when I simply had enough of working 60hours per week and not having balance . I now work 39hrs per week and manage to excercise daily, stay on top of nutrition, have fun with my family and enjoy some ME time.
