About Megan

I study Nutrition at bachelor level and have a certificate of higher education in health sciences. I’ve been training for 3 years & I am always helping my family or friends get weight loss/gain & nutrition right! I love helping others achieve their goals!

About the lesson

I have learnt very practically but I do understand how others can learn in a wide range of ways. I break down each topic into very understandable and easy to digest sections. You will never feel overwhelmed & I will try my best to guide and coach every person.
