I believe in inclusive lessons that are suitable to each students needs and that will enable them to reach their full potential. In crafting inclusive lesson plans tailored to the diverse needs of learners, the key lies in recognising and embracing individual differences. By incorporating varied teaching strategies and materials, these lesson plans strive to accommodate various learning styles, ensuring that each student can engage with the content effectively. Differentiated instruction becomes essential in the process, addressing students at their current proficiency levels and then scaffolding towards deeper comprehension. Assessing prior knowledge is just as crucial; it serves as a foundation upon which to build, fostering a progressive learning journey. My aim is not merely to impart information but to instill a genuine understanding, encouraging students to connect new knowledge with their existing cognitive frameworks. Ultimately, my lesson plans create an environment where every learner is supported and empowered to reach their full potential.
