About Dennis

Hi, I’m Dennis Maxamillion Wynn, founder of Westwood Self-Tape Studio. Originally from New York, I began my acting journey on All My Children in 2013 — the project that earned me my SAG card. Shortly after, I starred in the short film Fall Beats for Brooklyn College, which premiered at the Hollywood Black Film Festival that same year. That experience — stepping onto a Los Angeles set for the first time — changed everything. With guidance from a former HBO executive and my acting coach in New York, I decided to move to Los Angeles and pursue acting full-time. Since then, I’ve appeared in projects like The Bold & The Beautiful on CBS which I am currently recurring on, several commercials, worked behind the scenes in luxury and entertainment, and connected with countless creative professionals who share one common challenge — finding an affordable, professional, and community-driven space to create.

About the lesson

I teach audition technique, script analysis, audition coaching, meisner and strasberg acting techniques. I also provide consulting services for headshots, career growth, networking, and career evaluations.

Getting in front of the door is the first part, the second part is opening it up fully showing your full creative potential.
