I start by looking at the subject and his relations with his environment, family, work, habits, etc. Together we set priorities for working on physical abilities (strength, balance, flexibility, etc.) that improve the quality of life. I develop functional training prioritizing activities of daily living, creating responsibility with training, acquiring healthy habits and autonomy. Classes can take place at the patient's home but also in other environments, if we deem necessary!
