My specialized training does not only engulf teaching methodologies, writing, and innovative e-learning design, I am also a certified coach specializing in Mindfulness, Trauma, Somatic Movement, and Self-Compassion. As a published author, essayist, and screenwriter with experience crafting compelling narratives for a celebrated Canadian TV show, I understand the writing journey. I've also honed my skills through 5+ years of coaching writers of all levels, and 10+ years teaching English as a Second Language.
