About Sphelele

I'm a university student who loves sports a lot, especially Netball and I have been playing it since I was 8! So the love for the sport is really big and with that I would like to share it by helping others understand it, better their skills and enjoy the sport

About the lesson

My netball coaching approach is centered on personalized attention and holistic development. I emphasize technical proficiency alongside mental resilience and teamwork, ensuring my students excel not just in skills but also in sportsmanship.

Students can expect a blend of drills, game simulations, and tactical discussions in each session, fostering a deep understanding of the game. I tailor lessons based on the student's age, skill level, and goals, whether they're beginners looking to grasp fundamentals or have been playing for some time and aiming to better their strategies.

My teaching style stands out for its adaptability, creating a supportive environment where students feel motivated to push their boundaries and achieve their full potential.

Proficient in English and isZulu, I offer bilingual lessons for a wider reach.
