About Aida
Hi, I’m Aida. I’m an Insight Timer teacher focused on emotional clarity, nervous system awareness, mindfulness, authenticity, and rebuilding self-trust in a grounded and supportive way. I help people who feel overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, disconnected from themselves, or constantly overthinking reconnect with their inner voice and create more balance in their lives. My approach combines emotional awareness, mindfulness, nervous system support, and practical real-life integration in a way that feels compassionate, relatable, and easy to apply. My goal is to help people feel calmer, clearer, more confident, and able to trust themselves more deeply to make better choices in life.

My lessons focus on emotional clarity, nervous system awareness, mindfulness, and rebuilding self-trust in a grounded and supportive way. I help people who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, emotionally stuck, or constantly overthinking reconnect with themselves through practical tools, awareness, reflection, and nervous system regulation techniques. Sessions are conversational, supportive, and personalized to each person’s needs and goals. My approach combines emotional awareness, nervous system regulation, authenticity coaching, mindfulness, and real-life integration to help people feel calmer, clearer, more confident, and more connected to themselves and others. Above all, I help people reconnect with their inner voice and learn to trust themselves more deeply.
