It depends on the individual, one size doesn’t fit all.
Initially I’d spend time getting to know the individual or group and what their focus is, what they want to achieve. This includes their learning style.
Then an agreement would be drawn up between us, including coaching style, number sessions work required to be done between sessions, setting expectations.
