Fitness is something I've considered essential for quite a while. It's some thing that's become a inseparable part of my life. It's an amazing mood booster and leaves you feeling better after each workout. I think that getting to their fittest is something every individual should do at least once in their lifetimes.

While I was at the Indian Naval Academy, I went through a rigourous calisthenics routine which helped me get proficient at calisthenics. I know how to build up absolute beginners and get them proficient. As far as diet and nutrition goes, I have experience in that as well.
